Principal Consultant & Talent Strategist
“My passion lies in building capability, enabling organization effectiveness and establishing talent management systems that work.”
With over twenty-five years experience (about half of that in consulting) Chuck has had the opportunity to refine his skills in world-class corporate environments, start up a small green business, and consult across industries in the private, public and non-profit sectors. Chuck has worked internationally and lived abroad, giving him a keen understanding and appreciation for cultural differences and diversity. He has advised senior leaders regarding career progression, strategy development and team dynamics.
His deepest experience lies in Talent Acquisition and building talent pipelines. His executive coaching practice has centered around high-potential emerging leaders and helping executives recognize and improve on blind spots in their development.
Chuck is a recognized leader, having led large projects across multiple disciplines & countries, and managed teams while effectively developing people. He is an alumnus of Cornell University’s School of International Labor Relations and holds a Bachelors degree from Emory & Henry College.
While a little rusty, Chuck speaks basic Brazilian Portuguese and loves to travel for business and pleasure.
