I dont know anyone who goes to work and says, I cant wait to fail!

My passion is to help people exceed their own expectations as they deliver great results at a place where they choose to share their time and talents.

Trish’s energy, coupled with over 15 years of talent management and human resources experience, helps her offer a fresh look at the people and management opportunities that drive an organization forward.  She provides business-changing guidance to a diverse set of domestic and global clients in technology, media, real estate, consumer products, education, financial and non-profit industries.

With an undergraduate degree from Indiana University and an MBA from Auburn University, Trish ensures both the Big 10 and the SEC are represented. Trish is a member of SHRM, ATD, and Rotary International. She attained Green Belt and HBDI certifications and has guest lectured at Kennesaw State University, Auburn University and AARP.

Her facilitation experience spans from large-scale corporate strategy development to resolution of employee relations issues; from designing and developing working sessions resulting in impactful business plans to creating effective learning environments.

Trish takes every consulting engagement as an opportunity to create an environment of exploration for senior leaders, their front-line managers and employees.  With special attention on front-line leaders and their needs, she strengthens the linchpin to success for any organization.
